Securely place the items in their original Osaka World packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and technical tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse verifies the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
